RAGS TO RICHES

Its been quite a while since i wrote my last blog but here it is

«<RAGS TO RICHES>»

First of all im not tryin to preach entrepreneurship to anyone im just presenting “a different perspective”,its not something you do if you dont get a job..its something you do if  you believe u can make a difference..,Its not all  about making money,it is a part of it but its more about giving something to the society and taking up responsibility .

Everybody loves money and are impressed by people who are rich and famous but some of them have gone through hell to be where they are today they believed in persistence, hardwork and more than anything themselves  and also they were optimistic towards their goals, whatever the field may be.

Here are the names and introductions to some of the people who made it big ,  my first person on this list is the youngest billionaire in the world…

A Different perspective

Hello..

I thought my first blog should be something intresting if not important so here goes..

Entrepreneurship:

Its nothing but starting your own buisness,i know everybody knows what it is but not many people are willing to do that, reasons may be that they dont want to take risks, they like their jobs, not having start up capital or it may just be lack of intrest,But if Narayan murthy thought the same way where would all the INFOSYS technocrats go? what if all our idigenous companies like WIPRO ,TCS did not exist, where would all our techies go? Best guess is some foriegn company, which means all the talent would go outside which would mean our economy wouldnt remain the same.our gdp (a unit to measure the standard of living) growth rate would not have touched 8.5% in 2007.May be we wouldnt have so many malls,so many new flats, branded clothing etc, etc ,list goes on.

Everybody talks about the economy, recession (economic slowdown) and how people are given pink slips and our very own engineering comrades not being given a joining date even after getting a job,why not think different ,do something different, create our own jobs where we dont have to answer anyone ,where we are the boss.

Here is a link to an article in Harvard Buisness publishing why it is favourable:http://discussionleader.hbsp.com/gergen-vanourek/2008/08/why-entrepreneurs-love-a-downt.html

Three reasons why to start your own:

1:During recession most people are afraid of a new venture this cuts out many competitons.

2:Most people are hungry for buisness meaning you have people ready to buisness with you who in good times wouldnt or you may get better service for lower cost.

3.A start up does not have the same issues as an existing company during recession.

There are many reports in the net that one of the way to tackle recession is through Entrepreneurship…

since this is my first blog i will stop this for now and continue later according to your response do tell your suggestions and what you think of this..
